The U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force has offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Anwar “Wawa” Phillips. Phillips, they said, was the suspect from the shootings at the Blue Ridge Apartments.

The man who died was found outside, behind the apartment. The child and man injured in the shooting were found inside the apartment.
"They were transported to a local hospital with injuries that are not considered life threatening," the Richmond Police spokeswoman said. "The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of the death."
Phillips also has warrants on file for malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Other charges are pending.
