DEVELOPING: Gov. McDonnell has declared a state of emergency as a winter storm continues to dump snow on Virginia.

Henrico County General Government offices, as well as Henrico Circuit Court, General District Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court and the offices of the court clerks will close at noon on Wednesday, March 6 due to inclement weather.
Henrico’s Springfield Road Landfill and its Springfield Road and Charles City Road public use areas also will close.
All county offices, operations and courts are expected to resume their normal schedules on Thursday, March 7.
