RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Despite this morning’s dreary, drizzly beginning, the sun will come out! And you don’t even have to wait until tomorrow. Cloud-cover will move away from the west to the east this morning as the upper storm system that brought rain to the Commonwealth yesterday and overnight progresses eastward into the Atlantic. This afternoon will be mostly sunny and warmer around 70 degrees. Click here for my full forecast.
