RICHMOND, Va. -- Garrison Coward, a Republican candidate running for the House District 68 seat, appeared on CBS 6 at 7 p.m. to discuss the campaign and 2019 election.
House District 68 covers parts of Chesterfield, Henrico, and Richmond.
Coward is looking to unseat Democratic incumbent Del. Dawn Adams.
