RICHMOND, Va. -- We are waking up to temperatures in the 20s Tuesday morning, but north winds make it feel as if we are in the single digits and teens. Plenty of afternoon sunshine will help temperature rise into the mid-30s.

Wednesday will be another cold start with temperatures in the teens. The air mass will modify some on Wednesday, with highs reaching the mid 40s after the very cold start to the day. Clouds will begin to increase on Thursday ahead of our next storm system, but highs will still reach the upper 40s and low 50s.
