RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- A grand jury has indicted a 34-year-old South Richmond man in connection with a Hanover teen's February shooting death.
Dominique Tylvann Clark, of the 3600 block of McRand Street of Richmond, was charged Monday with voluntary manslaughter for 16-year-old Robert Lee Fox's shooting death.
Richmond police said Clark met with detectives at police headquarters Monday where he was served the arrest warrant. Officials said Clark will be arraigned Tuesday.
Officers received a call for a person shot in an alley behind the 3600 block of McRand Ave. around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 25.
That's where they found Fox, of the 7100 block of Caitlin Ave., Mechanicsville, lying in the alley. He was transported to VCU Medical Center, but later died from a single gunshot wound.
Some South Richmond residents said a string of vehicle break-ins took place around the same time the 16-year-old was fatally shot in an alley.
