CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Police arrested a 17-year-old Chesterfield boy for vandalizing and stealing from Swift Creek Middle School.
Police said they responded to an alarm at the school around 5:30 in the morning on Tuesday, July 24. Police found glass broken out of school doors and some electronics were reported missing.
On Saturday, police arrested a 17-year-old suspect. He is charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools, grand larceny and damaging public buildings. Police noted they recovered the stolen school property.
Police added the same suspect may be involved in other Brandermill-area crimes.
