WEATHER: Wednesday morning rain

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Scattered showers, sometimes heavy, continue to track northeast at 20-25 mph through central Virginia this morning. There are occasional lightning strikes, but the main threat is the heavy rainfall that can obscure your visibility while driving and pose a hydroplaning potential.
