RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A line of showers and thunderstorms (non-severe) are tracking east into central Virginia this morning, and will impact the Tuesday morning commute with local heavy downpours and occasional lightning strikes. The line will track east of the Richmond Metro by 8 a.m., and into the Bay by 10 a.m.
