CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Police are investigating after a man's body was found in the James River Saturday afternoon in Chesterfield County.
Chesterfield Police were called to Henricus Historical Park just before 12:40 p.m. after the body was discovered.
"The body was recovered with the assistance of Henrico Police Department and Henrico Fire Department," police said. "The body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner."
Police said their investigation into the death is ongoing.
