CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Chesterfield Police have identified the man who was found in the Appomattox River Saturday morning.
The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Michael Treyvon Pushia of Nesmith, South Carolina.
Divers found the body at around 11:30 a.m. Saturday after resuming the search earlier that morning.

Police received a call around 7 p.m. Friday that a witness had seen a man go underwater in the Appomattox River near the Petersburg line and not resurface.
That swimmer was described as a black male wearing blue swim shorts.
Dive crews spent about an hour searching the river until it got too dark, according to police.
Chesterfield Police are investigating the death. Officials say there are no signs foul play at this point.
