RICHMOND, Va. – A Fan homeowner is sounding the alarm after she said surveillance video captured a person stealing a package from her porch Friday afternoon.
The homeowner said the theft happened at 3 p.m. at the her home in the 2800 block of West Grace Street just after 3:05 p.m.
“It is that time of year to be aware of your packages,” she posted. “Just had a package stolen from our porch. Be on the look out for this individual.”
The victim, who filed a report with police, said the Amazon box contained Christmas gifts worth about $40.
She said the cigarette-smoking suspect actually sat down on her stoop to make sure no one was around before grabbing the package.
