Big Herm’s Sweet & Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry
Oil for pan
3- garlic cloves (smashed)
1 Tblsp- ginger root (thinly sliced)
15- 16/20 size shrimp (deveined and tails off)
1 can- pineapple rings (drained)
1/4 cup- white wine (pinot grigio)
1 tsp- sugar
3 Tblsp- soy sauce
2 Tblsp- sriracha sauce
Red pepper flakes to taste
In a small bowl mix wine, sugar and soy sauce.
Heat oil in a skillet on Med. heat.
Sautee garlic and ginger for 1 min.
Add in Shrimp and pineapples cook for 2 mins.
Slowly add wine mixture
Drizzle sriracha sauce and pepper flakes
Simmer for an additional 2-3 mins.
Serve over rice or noodles
