Power outage leaves thousand in Fan without power

RICHMOND, Va. — Workers have restored power to thousands of customers after an overnight outage in Richmond’s Fan District Sunday morning.

Dominion Energy reports more than 3,500 customers from The Boulevard to North Allen Avenue around 2:30 a.m.

No word yet on the cause.

Crews worked through the night and restored power.
