RICHMOND, Va. --- A civilian is in the hospital being treated for burns they sustained in a house fire that occurred in the city's Randolph neighborhood early Sunday morning.

Crews responded to reports of a house fire in the 1300 block of Idlewood Avenue around 4:15 am.
