DINWIDDIE COUNTY, Va. -- Deputies are investigating an accident after a garbage truck has crashed into a Dinwiddie County grocery store Monday evening.

The crash happened around 4 p.m. at the Produce Center No. 1 grocery store, located in the 5800 block of Boydton Plank Road.

A viewer sent CBS 6 photos of the garbage truck inside the store.

The store owner said the truck came to a stop just about 20 feet from him, who was in his office when the vehicle entered the building. He says the store was crowded at the time of the crash, but no one was hurt.

The owner said the driver of the truck was actually inside the store at the time of the crash. The driver said he doesn't know how the truck rolled down the parking lot and crashed into the store.
