64th Annual Colonial Heights Christmas Parade rescheduled for Monday, December 12

COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va.. — Due to the inclement weather forecast, the 2016 Colonial Heights Christmas Parade, originally scheduled for December 6, has been rescheduled for Monday, December 12 at 7:00 p.m.

The night-time parade, an annual event, will proceed along the Boulevard from the Temple Avenue intersection south to the Colonial Heights Courthouse, where the parade will conclude.

This year’s theme is “Peace on Earth.”

All lanes of the Boulevard from Temple Avenue to Hamilton Avenue will be temporarily closed beginning at 6:30 p.m. Pack up the car with blankets and come early for a good viewing spot!
