HOPEWELL, Va. – A Interstate 295 exit ramp is back open after a vehicle fire shut it down earlier Friday evening.
The fire occurred on the Exit 9 ramp on I-295 south to Route 36 in Hopewell.
Police have not released any information about the fire at this time.
The fire closed the exit ramp for more than three hours, but reopened at 8:30 p.m.
