Bo and Bull busted for meth and heroin

CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. — Two men were arrested after Caroline investigators executed a drug-related search warrant.

“Investigators reported seizing what is believed to be methamphetamine, heroin and marijuana,” a Caroline County Sheriff’s spokesman said. “Investigators also seized plastic baggies, digital weight scales and numerous smoking devices.”

Troy “Bo” Johnson, 54, of Ruther Glen, was arrested and charged with distributing methamphetamine and possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. He was held without bond at the Pamunkey Regional Jail.

Charles “Bull” Davis III, 27, of Ruther Glen, was arrested and charged with possessing heroin. He was held on a $2,500 bond at the Pamunkey Regional Jail.

The arrests came after a search of a property located at 951 Swan Lane in Ruther Glen early Thursday morning.
