HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- A man was killed on Quioccasin Road, near Farmington Drive, Thursday morning in Henrico's West End, according to Henrico Police.
"An adult pedestrian was struck by a vehicle traveling on Quioccasin Road. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead," Henrico Police spokesman Lt. Chris Garrett said.
The man's name has not yet been released.
Quioccasin Road was closed near Pemberton Elementary School and Quioccasin Middle School while Henrico Police investigated the incident.
