CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – Police are searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash in Chesterfield County Thursday night.
Chesterfield Police officials said they received a call about a crash at Beulah and Hopkins roads just before 11 p.m.
Authorities said a female driver, who had a baby in the backseat of her car, slammed into another vehicle before crashing her car into a tree.
Police said the woman took her child and ran from the scene. At last check, police were still trying to find her.
