HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- The last two years, Deep Run won a total of three games.  This year, under new Head Coach Chad Hornik, the Wildcats won their third game this season by beating J.R. Tucker 14-7.

In conditions that weren't the best for either team, it was the Wildcats running game that stepped up.  They rushed for 240 yards and touchdowns.

Deep Run's defense held the Tigers to 105 yards of total offense and just three first downs in the entire game.

The Wildcats improved to 3-2 on the season.  J.R. Tucker fell to 0-5 this year.
