Man with knife robs Dollar Tree worker in parking lot

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — A Dollar Tree worker was robbed in the store’s parking lot  Sunday night in Chesterfield County Sunday night.

It happened at the Dollar Tree at 6449 Centralia Road just after 9:40 p.m.as the worker was leaving after closing and locking the store.

That’s when the suspect walked up, pulled out a knife and demanded money from the woman.

The suspect took cash that belonged to the store from the victim before running off on foot.

The worker was not injured.

The suspect is described as a black male, six feet six inches tall with a large build. He was last seen wearing black clothing, a hooded shirt with a bandanna covering his part of his face and sunglasses.
