CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- A Chesterfield man was arrested and charged with rape, abduction and kidnapping, forcible sodomy, and other crimes after a woman called police from a locked bathroom.

Stacy L. Jackson, 53, whose last known address was Adkins Ridge Place, was arrested in Henrico early Thursday morning after police pursued him from the West End to a location near Richmond International Raceway.
Jackson was accused of holding a woman against her will and sexually assaulting her Wednesday morning.
The woman, who is is someone Jackson knows, was able to escape and lock herself in the bathroom at the Enterprise rental car office on Midlothian Turnpike near Arch Road.
It was from the bathroom she called police.
She was eventually taken to the hospital for treatment.
Jackson was booked in Henrico County Jail.
