RICHMOND, Va. — There could be traffic delays along Interstate 95 northbound, in the city, as crews clean up hazardous material.
Virginia State Police are on scene with a tractor trailer that has struck the guardrail on the ramp at mile marker 74C, which is the exit to Broad Street.
The tractor trailer is leaking fuel from the fuel tanks.
Richmond Fire and Chesterfield Hazmat units are responding to the scene to help offload the ruptured tank.
The north right lane and entrance ramp are closed.
Police said that no injuries were reported.
