RICHMOND, Va. -- I was lucky enough to work with the family behind Pecan Jacks -- the locally-owned business that uses secret recipes to create pralines, brittle, and other candies.
They use Makers Mark Bourbon, Appleton Jamaican Rum, Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum, and Fireball in their pralines.
Pecan Jacks, located on East Cary Street, is named after the owners' 11-year-old Siberian Husky Jax.
