"One half of the blink of an eye, my baby was gone," Stewart said as tears streamed down her face.

Stewart, who had been doing laundry before deciding to wash her SUV, said she did not realize her youngest daughter, 10-month -old Jada Taylor, was following behind her.

Stewart had just started the engine and moved the SUV up a few feet when she heard family members' screaming.

"I decided I was going to wash the car. I made sure all of my kids were out of the way. I hopped in the car and started it, and as soon as I pulled up, I saw my cousin coming from the side in the hallway, saying, 'No, stop,'" Stewart said. "I thought I had... I was gonna run over my baby and I hopped out of the car and saw my baby laying on the concrete."

Relatives said the tragedy has opened up Jada's parents to unjust scrutiny.

"So I just hope people would be a little more sympathetic and respectful with what the family is going through right now because they are both suffering...they witnessed their daughter's brain matter lying in the driveway. Going through their own hell right now," Stacie Clayton, Jada's grandmother, told WXYZ.

Stewart is left reeling, grappling with an intense grief she never thought was possible.

"I just miss her so much," Stewart cried.

She talked about the tragedy because she wants people to know she would never hurt her baby.

"I would love for all of you to pray for me, my family, your family, cause it could happen to anyone. It was an accident, and now my baby is gone. She can never be replaced. She can never be replaced," Stewart  said.
