RICHMOND, Va. -- A student stunned the crowd during Tucker High School’s recent graduation ceremony.

Faythe Gray, who suffers from a health condition that sometimes leaves her using a wheelchair, was determined to walk across the stage at VCU’s Siegel Center.

She surprised her friends and parents in the crowd by using a specially decorated walker that had the crowd erupting in applause.

Henrico County Public Schools posted video of the special moment on Facebook Wednesday evening.

"This was such a touching moment," Anna Pope wrote on Facebook. "I'm glad I was there to witness it. There wasn't a dry eye in the audience."

Congratulations, Faythe!
