RICHMOND, Va. — A crash left a Penske truck straddling a jersey wall on Interstate 95 in downtown Richmond Monday afternoon.
“The left lane is closed northbound and southbound near Belvidere Street (mile marker 76) due to a crash,” VDOT advised. “There is a three-mile backup southbound and a 1.5 mile backup northbound.”
An investigation is underway to determine what caused the crash.
No one was injured in the crash.
