HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — Crews have closed a section of Three Chopt Road, between North Parham and Pemberton roads, to resume road repairs following a water main break that occurred Saturday.
The road closure is expected to last from 9 a.m. to noon.
“Traffic will be diverted from Three Chopt by way of Quioccasin Road and Pemberton. Residents living in the impacted area will be allowed to access the closed portion of Three Chopt,” a county spokesman said. “Crews closed the section of Three Chopt on Saturday but were able to reopen it Sunday after preliminary repairs.”
Work to smooth the road surface will take place in the coming weeks.
