The ‘Grill Sergeant’ shares a sweet treat!

RICHMOND, Va. - Chef Brad Turner, AKA the “Grill Sergeant,”  shared a sweet recipe for Summer Pralines in the Virginia This Morning Kitchen. For more information you can contact butterflyproduceandcatering@gmail.com.

Summer Pralines

12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 c. granulated sugar
1 TBS. vanilla extract
1 ½ to 2 C. raw pecans (chopped or halved)
--Mix together milk and sugar heat over medium to high heat, stirring constantly for 45 minutes.
--Add vanilla at the 30-minute mark.
--At end of 45 minutes, stir in pecans
--Remove pan from stove
-- Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto parchment or aluminum foil covered cookie sheet
--Cool completely
