CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — More than 1,100 Dominion Virginia Power customers lost power in Chesterfield Tuesday morning.
The impacted area is around the Brandermill community, west of Route 288 between Genito Road and Charter Colony Parkway.
Dominion Virginia Power estimated the power would be restored between 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Students at Tomahawk Creek Middle indicated their school regained power before 10 a.m.

The cause of the power outage remains under investigation.
