YULEE, Fla. -- Dozens of women have come forward after a woman posted a video of stranger approaching her in a store and asking inappropriate questions.

Candice Spivey said the man, later identified as Jeffrey Polizzi, approached her and started asking questions. But something seemed familiar about Polizzi; Spivey then recalled meeting him before at a store two years ago.

"At first he is very believable. At first he comes up and seems like he genuinely need your help in regards of answering questions about a dress he bought for his wife," Spivey told WJXT.

The conversation then turned awkward when Polizzi started asking inappropriate questions about her undergarments and body. Spivey took out her phone and began recording their latest encounter.

“Do you remember running into me at the grocery store? Hey you - where you going? Come back!" she says in the video as Polizzi makes a break for it. She chased him out of the Target screaming, "Get this guy! Stop him! Call the cops! Call the cops on him!"

He was later arrested and charged with driving recklessly.

She said she followed him because she wanted to know who he was so the public would be aware of him. Since the video went viral, 50 women have reached out to investigators about Polizzi and his behavior.

Polizzi was arrested in 2009 on charges of video voyeurism and criminal mischief. He pleaded no contest in that case, court records showed.

Spivey’s video has been viewed more than 2.3 million times on Facebook.
