KING AND QUEEN COUNTY, Va. – A woman is baffled by what she saw driving home from church Sunday afternoon in rural King and Queen County.

Marilyn said she spotted two mysterious small vehicles, one green and one white, driving ahead of her on Route 721.

“The first thing that came to my mind was, ‘What in the world is this?’ Because we didn't see anybody driving it,” she said. “It looks like the car Waldo was driving off the 'Little Rascals.'”

She was unable to tell how the tiny vehicles were powered, but she said they were driving very slowly.

"Never in my life have I seen anything like this," Marilyn can be heard saying in a video submitted to WTVR CBS 6. "You don't know whether to pass it or not because you don't know what it is."

Her daughter said it didn't look like anyone was inside when she finally passed the green one.

Gary Oliver said that he was uncertain what they were, but that he saw two similar ones on New Kent Highway in Barhamsville as he was traveling to Williamsburg Thursday.

"Seemed to be some kind of bike/car," he wrote.

Do you know what it is? Weigh in on the WTVR CBS 6 Facebook page.

One CBS 6 Facebook friend may have solved the mystery. Joe Orsolini said he thinks the vehicles are possibly covered recumbent bikes.
