Bomb squad responds to Hull Street situation

RICHMOND, Va. — The bomb squad responded to investigate a suspicious package in South Richmond.

The item that drew suspicion turned out to be empty canisters left on the side of the road.

The investigation had closed Hull Street between Cowardin Avenue and 15th Street. The road has since reopened.
