CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. — Joshua Brandon Romagna has been found safe, according to the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office. No additional details have been released at this time.
Joshua Brandon Romagna, 16, was last seen leaving his home in Lake Caroline on the evening of March 26,
2016, according to the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office.
Joshua was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and a black North Face sweatshirt.
