These 9 candidates intend to participate in upcoming Richmond Mayoral Forum

RICHMOND, Va. — At least nine men and women confirmed their intention to participate in Governor Doug Wilder’s upcoming Richmond Mayoral Forum, according to Angelica E. Bega with the Wilder School of Government & Public Affairs.

The list, as of March 21, includes:

Mr. Jonathan Baliles (Richmond City Council)
Mr. Jack Berry (executive director of Venture Richmond)
Ms. Lillie Estes (Community Strategist)
Mr. Chris Hilbert (Richmond City Council)
Mr. Chad Ingold (High school teacher)
Ms. Michelle Mosby (Richmond City Council)
Mr. Rick Tatnall (Replenish Richmond)
Mr. Bruce Tyler (Former Richmond City Council member)
Mr. Jeff Bourne (Richmond School Board)*

The Mayoral Forum, scheduled for 7 p.m. April 6 at Virginia Union University’s Coburn Hall, will tackle the candidate’s vision for Richmond. The candidates will answer questions from both the audience and moderators Dr. Bob Holsworth and former Richmond Mayor and Virginia Governor Doug Wilder.

* Bourne said he was undecided whether he was a) running for mayor and b) attending the forum. He said a decision would be made prior to the April 6 forum.
