RICHMOND, Va. -- A little more light rain, mixed with a few wet snowflakes, will taper off in most locations by 2:00 A.M. The clouds will then begin to break up, leading to increasing sunshine. Afternoon temperatures will rebound into the mid 50s.
Our attention will turn to a cold Monday night into Tuesday morning. Temperatures will likely be at or near the freezing mark by sunrise, with frost and freeze conditions a good possibility.
By Tuesday afternoon, temperatures will reach the 60s and the warming trend will continue through Thursday.
