Man arrested for exposing himself on VCU campus

RICHMOND, Va. — A Mechanicsville man was charged with trespassing and obscene public display after a VCU student reported seeing him exposure himself on the downtown Richmond college campus. The student spotted Trevian M. Smith-Richardson along the 900 block of West Franklin Street on VCU’s Monroe Park Campus Tuesday afternoon at about 4:17 p.m.

“A witness saw the man as she walked through a courtyard behind a university-owned building,” a VCU Police spokesman said. “The witness immediately notified VCU Police and the suspect was quickly located by officers and questioned regarding the incident.”
