CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Police and fire units are on scene at a nail salon in Chesterfield after a car crashed into the side of the business Sunday.
The accident occurred around 9 a.m. when a man with an unknown medical problem passed out while driving the vehicle.
Police say he then hit an awning post before knocking out the concrete on the sidewalk and colliding with the business, knocking out a window on the side of the store.
No one in the salon was injured.
The driver of the vehicle was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. There is no word on whether he will face any charges.
