A grand jury returned an indictment Wednesday against Darron Dellon Dennis Wint, who’s accused of killing four people in a Washington mansion last year, then setting the house ablaze.

Wint, 35, faces 20 felony charges, including first-degree murder while armed, burglary, kidnapping, extortion, arson, and theft, federal prosecutors said Wednesday.

He’s set to be arraigned Friday.

The indictment returned by the grand jury alleges that the suspect, who is also known as Daron Dylon Wint, killed Savvas, Amy and Philip Savopoulos and housekeeper Veralicia Fernandez.

Wint is accused of setting fire to the Savopoulos family’s $4.5 million home after the killings.
