DINWIDDIE COUNTY, Va. — Several hundred customers in Petersburg and Dinwiddie were without power Thursday morning after an equipment fire. The outage affected nearly 700 customers near I-85 by Central State Hospital. Dominion Virginia Power expected service to be restored sometime between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. Thursday.
