RICHMOND, Va -- A water main ruptured along Broad Street in Richmond's Church Hill neighborhood Monday morning. Crews were on scene at Broad Street near 23rd Street after the pipe burst at around 3 a.m. Water was sent trickling down the road.
While traffic was not impacted during the early part of Monday morning's rush hour, city crews might need to alter traffic flow when they open the pavement to fix the break. With temperatures in the 50s and 60s Monday, this water turning to ice won't be an issue.
