RICHMOND, Va. — City officials have six public engagement sessions planned to explore possibilities for developing and using its land in the Boulevard area.
For several years, the city has been systematically moving public facilities away from the site in order to prepare for development of the acreage along Boulevard. The area is now listed as part of the quickly-developing Scott’s Addition historic zone.
The next step is to engage public input on how the site should best be used for the taxpayers of Richmond.
There are six meetings, most held at night, and two in the day.
