RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond police are asking the public for help to solve an early morning shooting in the Church Hill neighborhood.
Officers found a man wounded in the arm in the 500 block of North 27th Street near the East Clay intersection around 3:00 am Saturday morning.
Police say the victim’s injuries aren’t believed to be life threatening.
