CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Crews closed part of Hull Street Road in Mosely Tuesday morning after water used to put out a fire froze on the roadway. Firefighters were called to Hull Street Road, near Magnolia Green Parkway, at around 3:30 Tuesday morning when a tractor trailer's brakes caught fire.
When fire crews used water to put the fire out, the water froze on the roadway. As of 6:30 Tuesday morning, only the right turn lane was closed.
