GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. — All lanes have reopened along Route 288, near Patterson Avenue in Goochland, after an earlier crash closed the northbound lanes. A single vehicle traveling along Route 288 south lost control, went through the median and came to rest in the 288 north lanes, according to Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Steve Vick.
One person was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, he said.
Traffic was backed up nearly two miles at 11 a.m., according to VDOT. This is a developing story. Anyone with additional information or photos can submit a news tip here.
