HANOVER COUNTY, Va. — A wreck slowed traffic along I-95 south in Hanover County Saturday afternoon.
VDOT said the backup started around near Lewistown Road (mile marker 89) after an earlier crash.
As of 4:15 p.m., the backup was clear.
