RICHMOND, Va. — Police are investigating an assault and armed robbery in a Richmond home invasion Thursday night.
The crime happened around 8.15 p.m. in the 2900 block of Hull Street, according to police. They said the couple was robbed inside their house by two black males wearing dark clothes, one suspect was armed with handgun.
Both of the victims suffered lacerations in the face. Their injuries are non-life threatening. Police said the couple refused to go to the hospital.
Police are still looking for the suspects.
