COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. — The Colonial Heights Animal Shelter is overrun with cats. In an effort to get all cats adopted out, the shelter is offering free adoptions all week long.
“You will still need to fill out an application and be approved,” the shelter posted on Facebook. “We are looking for furever homes for these cats.”
